Glenelly Properties started as a small division of the Glenelly Inn, owned and operated by Kristi Hallamore Jeppesen since 1990 (www.glenelly.com), nine years ago on a whim. A couple who had recently purchased a couple of small vacation cottages in Glen Ellen had noticed the “full” sign constantly out at the inn and stopped by, wondering if Kristi could book their vacation cottages with overflow from the inn. Since then, word of mouth referrals have been the source for the addition of all of the properties currently handled by Glenelly Properties.

As the vacation rental market in Sonoma Valley has changed, Kristi and her business have changed with it, becoming what it is today – a professional vacation rental management company with a broad presence on the web and in advertising, yet with a warm and friendly touch.

Kristi prides herself on keeping the portfolio of properties small and manageable, and on a personal relationship with each and every owner. She and her assistant, Katherine Greene, strive to match each guest with the property best suited for their needs and are familiar with each one and it’s unique attributes. The niche for Glenelly Properties are pleasant, well-maintained, comfortable homes in beautiful settings, at reasonable prices. Glenelly Properties exclusively handles all aspects of the reservations, including payment processing, concierge services, confirmations & directions, check-in and check-out, liability releases and housekeeping.
