The cottage is a classic Sonoma Valley vacation home from days gone by, which has been lovingly refurbished by the family that owns it, keeping a bit of their history alive, for their and YOUR enjoyment.

Grandma Roxie’s is a three bedroom, two bath ranch style house, with spacious kitchen and living/dining areas. The recent renovations include new hardwood floors, opening up of the family and dining room, fresh paint inside and out, all new beds, linens and furnishings.

Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has two twin beds, each room with ample closet space.

The large backyard with native landscaping and shade trees abuts the winter-flowing creek and there you will find a deck complete with barbeque and furniture, and a hammock for relaxing. There is ample space for children’s outdoor explorations and play, and a very entertaining community of squirrels. Park Avenue is wonderful for an evening or morning stroll.

Though not a luxurious “wine country estate”, Grandma Roxie’s offers every comfort of home, in a peaceful setting in close proximity to all the attractions of the area – at an affordable rate which will leave you with more to spend elsewhere!

POLICIES
Children are welcome, no pets or smoking. A refundable $500 security deposit with signed agreement will be required prior to arrival.
